Felt Mountain

Review
This is a goth putting on the ritz for an outing in the ISS. It's emotional, black, it simply embodies the essence of black. It's respectable, it's fancy, there's no immaturity, it stands on the stage alone, presenting it's masterpiece. Of course the final element is space which appears constantly, it's ambient, dark, and there's little stars of light that shine through. This album has an aura of mystique that I've never felt before. It builds up a sound that is completely original and completely terrifying if you look to deep into it. It is the quintessential nighttime album. I have played it at least 4 times now since I first heard it a day ago, and I'm only more astonished every time. From the completely spaced out eeriness of the first 2 songs to the insane experimental dark jazz of Human (masterpiece of a song). Spellbound is the only word that describes the feeling after finishing this album. This is a haunting collection of songs that bring so much to the table while still leaving you guessing. One of the most captivating albums I've ever heard. This album is a smooth black tourmaline gravestone pillar that reaches into the silent sky as a ravens kill sparrows on a dying tree on the far end of the cemetery.
